My take: Understand Farage's frustration entirely and it is shoddy partisan gamesmanship. Also agree that crypto currency should be acceptable as a form of donation. That said, Labour has the right to introduce primary legislation here. Don't think we should sue lightly 1/2.

We would only have a case if we can show either that the ban fundamentally conflicts with other existing codified law. I do not like the idea of parties just sueing on the off chance. An elected Gov has the right to govern without courts striking down laws on a whim. 2/2

@DanielCreminGB @DanielReformUK I think the FT are trying to shape expectations with that, ready to report a ‘disappointing’ result when Reform fall short of those figures. Happy to be proved wrong.

Isn't it fascinating how fast the machinery of government can move when it is protecting itself. Chocking off the legitimate funding of his political opponent? Instant. It can happen in weeks. When it comes to stopping the boats, or deporting illegal migrants, or ensuring violent criminals are in jail... oh that takes years... YEARS according to the Uniparty. When it comes to justice for the rape gang survivors, that takes DECADES according to the Uniparty. Well here is my message to you: I promise you when Reform is in power we will move at the speed of light to secure our borders and ensure all those involved in the rape gangs and their cover up face the heaviest possible price for their crimes.”
