Delighted to be singing Christus in #Bach John Passion this weekend with @AAMorchestra @matthewm76 @KebleChoir @KebleEarlyMusic @DavidSoar76 @JCLGillingwater @heightenor in the best acoustic AROUND...around...around....ound....

Really enjoyed singing baritone bits for #Duruflé #Requiem tonight with the lovely @EsterhazyChoir in #Lewes directed by Richard Stafford @ArdinglyMusic - even if I am still jealous that the baritone doesn’t get the Pie Jesu! Thanks for having me

@succentor @HistorianBenj @NewCollegeOx @WinColl @Kings_College @Eton_College 1444 was the date of the actual Amicabilis I believe... 548th doesn’t have as good a ring to it though does it...
English

@HistorianBenj @DanielTateMusic @NewCollegeOx @WinColl @Kings_College @Eton_College Also a jolly good party for the 500th in 1992. (As I believe that 1492 was the date...)

The Amicabilis Concordia was a 1444 agreement of mutual support between the c60-year-old paired foundations of @NewCollegeOx & @WinColl & their new counterparts at @Kings_College & @Eton_College (funded by #allienpriories) Now observed in the occasional joint evensong

@naxos_uk It could help whilst singing concerts during the ‘hottest Summer on record’ in locations such as southern France, Texas and California USA, and Italy... someone must have a better solution than full-length full-weight Chapel cassocks...?! 😅☀️
English

@NewCollegeChoir @gucci @naxos_uk I’m hoping we can continue this excellent #collaboration by extending to our choir concert dress...? I can be available for a fitting at your convenience! #LookFlySingFly #LayClerkLyf #Passion4Fashion

@AliyeCornish Definitely whiskey! But no ice - it’s the best spirit that is so strong it’s naturally disinfecting. Gargle as you swallow if you can handle the pain...! #nopainnogain
English

@spparkle I wear a @WithingsEN because it has same features as other trackers but looks like a nice, smart watch. I’ll show you!
English

Wearable #fitness trackers.. worth it? Do they help you be #healthier? Tips? Model suggestions? #fitbit #health #academiclife

@KathrinLuddecke @NewCollegeChoir @robert_quinney ...and I’ve been enjoying reprising that on our tour this past fortnight - for the final time on #PalmSunday in the massive basilica in St Louis, MO. Certainly more #clouds and #darkness than in Santa Barbara...!

I’m just over the moon about this: a huge responsibility, but such a pleasure too!
Based in London, I’ll still be continuing my work with the wonderful Edinburgh Festival Chorus and Philharmonia Voices among many other conducting interests. Happy times! @edintfest @philharmonia

@bethwilliamssop @bbcquestiontime I mean... I’d definitely shoot for red and blue and green first. Primary colours, counting further than 10, answering questions like ‘is this a horse or a cow’. These might be more useful and appropriate things to teach a 5 year old. So I think they ask a very fair question...!
