IF the Astros wanted to have a hard reset and totally revamp their farm system, the way you do that is by trading Yordan and/or Hunter Brown.
That being said, I do not believe we're at the point where that is necessary.

No man. Yordan is going to be great for another decade and he’s going to be generational for at least the next 5. Yordan IS the reset. Building around HIM to maximize HIM. He is Mahomes. He is LeBron. He is Bonds. Letting him go shows me how UNSERIOUS they would actually be.

Look, I’ll pull for them and I’m never gonna NOT want them to win. But, the fact of the matter is that this needs to look to the future. It starts with maximizing EVERYTHING to build around 44 for the next 4-5 seasons. Then, obviously pitching. But, this isn’t even complicated.

Objectively, they should sell Peña, Walker, Paredes, and Hader at the trade deadline.
