@UberEats what should I do when one of your drivers steals my order and there’s no way to speak to an actual human being about it? When I go through the useless automated help chat it’s no help at all and it’s telling me that I still have to pay for the order?????

@Uber_Support Also a joke that the only reason you’re reaching out now is because I’m making the issue public which looks bad on you

@Uber_Support I think it’s kind of a joke that you reaching out via DM was only to get my info so you could send me a message via the app to say that my order wasnt delivered (which I know) and you won’t even let me respond to that
