@OneVoiceMarket @O2 Right?! It is SO frustrating getting a different promise each time we call, for none of them to be delivered. They’re horrendously bad and now he has this debt hanging over him.

.@O2 your customer care is absolutely shocking. My partner had a device and plan taken out fraudulently in his name in one of your stores in May. We have made repeated calls to you since we found out in July, to try and sort out what has happened.

It is such a stressful situation, and undoubtedly will impact his credit rating. Why are you happy to let this happen? @MartinSLewis @joelycett can you be of any help?! We don’t know where to turn next if we can’t even talk to O2.

Each time we call it is a struggle to get past the security stage because he has no account with you! And now this account has been sold on and a debt recovery agency is chasing him for over £600 that he does NOT owe.
