@JulieHainesA @HM_Passport @FedEx @FedExHelp Alot of people have said they until their systems between 4 and 5pm in the evenings. Ive seen alot of people who was printed on the 6th got them saturday so im guessing that was friday collections. 🤞

@georgiedarke @HM_Passport Mine was approved on 1st April printed on 7th and heard nothing since. Sooo frustrated we were due to travel tomorrow. Applied 6th Feb absolutely shocking service

@DanielleGood81 @HM_Passport I can’t get through on the phone as it doesn’t recognise our 9digit number so I get stuck in a loop. So I went down to my local depot and they looked on the system but can’t see any trace of it by number or our address.

@HM_Passport Ours was printed on the 1sr April. Still haven’t got it. In fact TNT don’t “think” they’ve received it. From 1st April The old passport was received back 5 days later…via second class post! An absolute shambles.

@JennyMathieson @NikkiHesford @leannebilkey1 @HM_Passport Same here my daughter is 14 & has to self sign - wasn't flagged anywhere during the online application which went through to processing. We then filled in a form sent recorded as per their instruction, yesterday were told we need to send new printed photos as its now paper why?!

@NikkiHesford @leannebilkey1 @HM_Passport We travel 10 April. I did try and book a fast track so but noting available until 12th April! Also been told once an application is in process you can’t then change the method of application without all the docs (which they have!) 🤷🏻‍♀️😩

@leannebilkey1 @HM_Passport The system is failing. Its so unfair that they don't process in order of receipt. I applied online 6th Feb for 2 renewals 1 still sat in processing since 2nd Mar they told me on the phone last wk my other daughter needed to sign hers as she's 14 so had to start over on paper!

@HM_Passport Havnt even got a passport yet to sign! 1 week until we fly & hasn't been accepted or printed. How are some receiving theirs back in 2-5 weeks and some waiting 7 plus it's not a fair system, I applied on the 9th feb! I shouldn't be in the position to leave my little 1 at home😢
