Gutted to hear about the passing of Claes Oldenburg. Researching the iconic duo’s practice in prep for a celebratory exhibition @mimauseful in 2023 has and will continue to be a pleasure.

We are sad to learn that #ClaesOldenburg has died. A chief voice of the Pop Art movement, we celebrate the iconic public artwork ‘The Bottle of Notes’ in #Middlesbrough & are working towards an exhibition of Oldenburg & Coosje Van Bruggen in 2023. We #FarewellClaesOldenburg

This week I completed my commission 'Lines of Enclosure' with @lancasterarts at @LancasterUni. The work physically redraws the fences/hedges that were added into the landscape here after the enclosure of land in early C19th, raising questions #landownership + exclusion.
