The Tory Westminster government has used Brexit to give itself a new power of veto over Scotland's elected Parliament. Everyone who believes in devolution and Scottish democracy should be standing with @scotgov right now. Instead, Labour have sided with the Tories. Again.

So sad to hear that @NicolaSturgeon is resigning. She has so much integrity, strength and compassion - she's a great FM and the only politician in my lifetime that I've felt connected to. Congrats @NicolaSturgeon on all you have achieved.

Bored of listening to politicians go unquestioned on @BBCRadio4 talking about @NicolaSturgeon like she has no right to call for indyref2 - instead of correcting them/ acknowledging that she's been voted in by majority of Scots time & again, thus giving her a democratic mandate
