David replied with things entirely beside the point and even went so far as to block me. He just repeated the VERY thing in question over and over. If it’s the case his own reasoning is insufficient to confidently navigate disputed Christian theology, and that SAME reasoning of his is also what he relies on to confidently reject Islam and “defend mere Christianity”… then there’s major tension which needs to be dealt with. What was Wood’s response? Something about blah blah “the evidence is clear…” (restating the same thing he said previously) and doesn’t answer to the issue at all. Lol.

By the way for all of you claiming I’m not posting the “full clip”, here you go. David literally says in this clip “I trust other people’s cognitive abilities to sift through this stuff [regarding theology]… I trust other people to examine these issues more than my own self.” And yet when it comes to Islam he can decipher things just fine? Why does he trust his own self when it comes to refuting Islam but not Christian theology? The clip below opens with a prot on the panel admitting David “doesn’t do yes or no’s”, he doesn’t say things are dogmati, etc… AND YET David says in the same video he’s “more interested in debating the basics of mere Christianity.” How does he know what the basics even are? How can he trust he’s not wrong right now? This is an epistemic nightmare for David. This entire video is full of contradictions.

After @paleochristcon went on @Acts17David’s stream, David literally admitted he can’t even trust his own reasoning… if that’s the case, how could he even be sure of his own rejection of Islam?

If there was a group of mormons turning Muslims away from Islam and towards mormonism would the non-denominationals be just as supportive as they are with the Wood coalition? If the answer is no then you now understand the orthodox position.
