@discord_support @svishnevskiy I really want to know if my case is even being looked into? I sent clear evidence of a turkish hacker/phisher who used a stolen token to gain access to my account, and is bragging about how he got my account banned and mass reported.

@discord_support what are you guys getting out of ignoring those who've been abused by the lack of support? how many people need to get hacked, exploited, extorted, humiliated, for you to do something about this? Discord is a staple of modern life, especially for social circles.

@svishnevskiy Honestly, at this point I'm asking anyone in the Undertale / Deltarune community to mass boycott Discord -- raise a stink, use other platforms, cancel Nitro, make videos and posts, anything to get these people to actually do their jobs and stop taking their users for granted.

@Beethovenus @discord_support @JOJOsaysbreee I swear Discord will "help" with any problem that isn't unbanning people who were hacked/phished/harassed by malicious users, seems they love to reply to anything having to do with paid products, that is absolutely disgusting if it's 100% the case that they do.

I also have people coming to my stream everyday asking why I friended them on discord. Babe, I did no such thing and that is a SCAMMER lmao. My profile on discord looks horrendous and has SIX connected accounts. PLEASE just block/report them. I literally cannot do anything about it 😭 @discord_support you guys need to do shit to get this under control because it’s been uncontrollable for so long.

@DankPlank3 @c4sh_cnsder8tns @TheGhostOfHope It's 2026, barely anyone plays on old gen, and also one of the reasons being old gen gameplay for bo7 is like bo3 on the 360, no one can play it, ALSO, alot of battlefield players play on PC, but barely any COD player does, I'd say being on old gen is fair🙌🏻

@Beethovenus @discord_support please help Beethovenus out, he has clear evidence of malicious intent against him via mass reporting. The support has gotten so bad that a lot of malicious users abuse the fact that nothing will be done, that they will steal accounts or run illegal servers.

@Beethovenus @discord @islandthembo it's crazy to me that they'll ignore the average person, but if it's a huge content creator/streamer, they answer and resolve in no time. BigfryTV posted a video the other day, he had to fight with Discord for 48 hours, and it only took Discord 20 minutes to fix the issue.

I know I am not much help but I do want to spread this out, Discord has been abandoning their users for years now, and ignoring those who have been wronged I don't understand Discord was made with gamers in mind, yet when the people they built this platform need help they ignore

Unfortunately @Beethovenus , who is the project manager for TS! Underswap, an ambitious fan made re-imagining of of Toby Fox’s Undertale, had their Discord account permanently suspended by an online group of bigots who spammed their account with false reports and have been harassing them with slurs for being part of the Deltarune community (another game developed by Toby Fox). Evidence of this is shared in their post below. Beethovenus uses their Discord account to manage their projects. They are currently out of work dealing with health issues and unable to manage their projects because of the ban, including work on Halo Legacies by the former SPV3 team. @discord reviewed and upheld the ban. There's been a mass increase in people taking advantage of the fact Discord has been completely gutting their support staff and systems, heavily relying on automated systems and AI, making it impossible for people to recover their accounts by denying them the opportunities to speak to real people or have their cases properly reviewed. Please share this to bring awareness to @discord so we can try to recover their account. Thank you!
