Another real life case for using whey protein shakes or protein bars if needed. I used to coach in person for years. Sometimes you’d have back to back clients for 4/5 hours in a row (an hour each one) Am I going to whip out my perfectly prepared chicken and rice and start eating it mid session with my client? They’ve paid their hard earned cash for my full attention but I’m scoffing my chicken down? I used to have a whey protein shake prepared with milk for the transition in between sessions. I’d chug that down within a minute, get my protein hit and go about the session with my client. That’s gonna be a hell of a lot better than going 5/6 hours without any food or chewing on some chicken breast mid session. Nuance and examples of the fucking REAL WORLD mate.
