Didn't realise how fucked leasehold has made the market in apartments. Saw a flat in Watford: nice development, 10 mins from Watford Junction, nice part of town. Small gym and a pond but nothing special. Ground rent: £350pa Service charge: £4450pa Sold in 2020 for £350k, on sale now for £260k. A £90k loss. Imagine the negative equity.

@MortgageMikeN2 @RodMortgageMan They’ll probably leave it a while to see how things settle, guess it depends how much it’s costing them in lost retention. I’m expecting a competitive re-mortgage market this year 🤞

Wonder how long before lenders roll back out the 6 month product transfer window. Cause they’ll be bleeding business with clients wanting to secure a rate early in this current climate.

@MortgageMikeN2 @RodMortgageMan Yep also true, secure early then end up switching to PT when available. More work for us I guess but I can still see a few lenders bringing back the 6-months because not every broker is as pro-active

Another game where I think we’ve been pretty poor & still taken 3 points. Wednesday played better than I expected, at two nil I thought we’d go on to really hammer them but we seemed to sit back a bit. Thought the referee was excellent in a tough game for refs #sufc

@JakeAndBall Controversially I enjoyed BCS more than I did BB. The Wire is a perfect show imo, I’ve re-watched it more than any other.

Having watched Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Sopranos, Succession, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, The Wire, etc…
I have no clue how people have Breaking Bad at No. 1 on their lists.
Sopranos + The Wire are in a tier of their own with Succession in solo third.

@AlanGrinch @updemblades24 He was really inconsistent all evening, light touch in their player immediate freekick, light touch on our player waived away. Hackney (brilliant player) bought a few freekicks but Brooks, Seriki & Cal got nothing.

Great game tbf two good teams properly going at each other. Great advert for the championship. Boro move the ball so well and so quickly as well, really slick and great to watch. Thought ref gave them a lot of niggly free kicks but didn’t give us the same. #sufc

@pjridders We started well, but these are excellent, so quick with the ball & rarely miss place a pass even at pace. Taking my bias out of it they’re brilliant to watch & look like scoring every time they go forward. Ref’s not consistent though we don’t get the same fouls they’re getting.

@Bladesam1983 I had a similar “boots hanging” moment a while back in my 40’s and had a recurring groin injury. Every time I felt okay to play again it would go again. But gave it six full months rest and now I’ve been back 6 months with no issues, touch wood.
