Is the @BBCNews supposed to be the “National” news or is it in practice only concerned with reporting issues in England? Yet another “national” report - this time on airport scanners made no mention of the situation in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. Why not?

Having the worst ever customer service experience with @SwintonGroup It’s seemingly impossible to get an answer to the simplest questions or a call back from a claims handler.

@SwintonGroup This is to do with a claim by my wife. Your customer service company Kindertons have been absolutely awful, instructing the body shop to repair the wrong part of the car. She has had countless calls but hasn’t been able to speak to a claim handler so your suggestion doesn’t help
