@Qantas the sign at the customer service desk said "We are here to help" but the most helpful person in this whole ordeal was a staff member from @JetstarAirways No one from in person staff to any one on any call we have made has been any form of help. @Qantas

@Qantas another staff member said it was a result if short staff due to covid........and yet we don't get a discount for subpar service?? Don't blame a pandemic when you're still flying people globally.

@Qantas you lost our luggage between Australia and Australia, gave us a help line that told us "we can't help you". Staff said they would call us and never did, so we called them back we had to provide our phone number AGAIN, and the answer to where is our bag? "We don't know".

So nurse friend in Sydney now has to pay for a PCR or prove she has symptoms to get one free. A person working frontline healthcare. Repeatedly notified of exposures. No PCR. Seriously. No wonder everything is so cooked.
