Is the loss of Jack Roslovic being overrated? I think it is at least. I know he scored 17 EV goals, but I feel like a full season of Hyman, Kapanen, & possibly Howard should equal that or even better that. If Hyman & Kapanen both played 82 games, they would’ve added 17 EV goals.

I'm admittedly a Bouchard apologist, but I don't deny his flaws. That said, what else does he need to do to get people to see what he really is, which is arguably a top 5 defenseman in the league? Dude just ran a 95 point season and is now 2nd all time in the playoffs in P/GP. "But but Kevin, he plays with McDavid." Yeah, and Makar plays with Mackinnon, Gretzky with Coffey, etc. Bouchard enables his forwards greatness, to a degree that is really underrated. He makes mistakes, so do literally all the others. I was hoping that Bouchard would see Olympic time so people could actually watch him play, because watching him play for the most part is watching art, imperfect, but most art is. Bro isn't Erik Karlsson either, who is outright allergic to defense, and is just a winger LARPing as a defenseman.
