Arvind Kejriwal is a GENIUS! He just made sure it's well heard and reiterated that he stands discharged by trial court and serious questions have been raised on ED-CBI. He says in court.. "The trial court held that the approver's statements are completely unreliable. The CBI's conduct was aimed at fulfilling a premeditated narrative… The trial court discharged me with completely contrary findings" This must be so embarrassing for the agencies.

Kejriwal: Law is simple. It is whether apprehension… here exist in my mind real grave and reasonable apprehension that this petition will not get a fair hearing. Mai 10 grounds rakh raha hu.

Kejriwal: Unhone kaha hain judge ka bias hona zaroori nahi hain lekin agr party ke mind me reasonable doubt hai then it is case of recusal. I have apprehension in my mind. Meri choti si objection hai. Meri apprehension aur ye recusal application is between court and party. Cbi has no locus in this. Cbi should not be made a party.

Kejriwal: Jab ye order aya, mera dil baith gaya. I had doubts whether court is biased and if i will get justice here. This is why i wrote to CJ that case may be transferred to any other bench. Then i filed this application.

Chandigarh Grenade Attack Case Solved In a major breakthrough, the Counter Intelligence wing of Punjab Police, in a joint operation with Chandigarh Police, solves the Chandigarh grenade attack case. Five persons involved in the incident have been arrested and the  two perpetrators involved in the attack have been identified. One grenade, and other cache has been recovered so far. Police teams are conducting operations to nab the absconding accused. Preliminary investigations reveal that the module was backed by #Pakistan’s ISI, and foreign-based handlers in #Portugal & #Germany have been identified. Multiple cutouts and sub-modules were used. This operation has effectively foiled a major terror conspiracy aimed at disrupting peace and harmony in the region. Efforts are ongoing to apprehend the main accused involved in the case. @PunjabPoliceInd remains steadfast in its commitment to ensuring the safety, security, and communal harmony in the region.
