🚨 Borivali East: the entrance gate of Ekta Meadows society (CTS 279, Magathane) was cut open with a gas cutter today by unidentified men. Residents allege it was done to force heavy vehicle access through our society toward the Khatau Mill site. @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice

Today some unknown persons barged into Ekta Meadows , near Siddharth Nagar, Borivali East and pulled down the society entrance gate. They pushed the security personnel and used iron cutters to cut the gate. An act of goondaism in broad daylight @mid_day

@deepakshenoy I have been in Srilanka for the past 6 days, saw UPI advertising on Colombo airport and was stunned. Not once I saw a merchant accepting money via UPI.

A good thing: UPI might soon be usable in Cambodia as well, for more efficient payments by travellers in the two countries. First phase is for Indians going to Cambodia that seems to be live now. Avoids using third party currencies and will avoid SWIFT too, thankfully.

Crossed 3 airport security checks in Vietnam: Hanoi, Da Nang and Phu Quoc. One thing that genuinely surprised me: Not once did I have to take out my gadgets, electronics, power banks, or empty my backpack like we usually do in India. Not sure what the exact reason is, but this makes airport security so much smoother and stress-free. Small thing, but very appreciable.
