@British_Airways Arrived 3.19pm for 3.55pm flight to NCL. Blocked at gate. BA staff phoned for approval to let me through - responsible staff repeatedly hung up. Sent to desk. As Fast Track, no bags, Gate 9, BA staff thought I should be let on the plane. Still no joy. All flights full. Stranded.
