i don’t understand why immigration of any sort is universally unpopular. almost every country on earth heavily restricts it this is a recent thing too! before world war 1, you could just take a steamship from Brazil to Paris for $20 and decide you lived in France now what changed? are people bad now? is that the reason more people are even more bad? back then income wasn’t taxed in most jurisdictions either. now we tax our own people’s income & we don’t allow others to immigrate and earn income. i ask again, are people bad? is working bad? where did this zero sum attitude come from? what if we could also start deporting our own citizens, to have as few people as possible. would that be even better? is 0 the best amount of people? what is the point of all this?

Nobody should be paying taxes at any rate on unrealized gains, the government tax the crap out of people as it is and then just waste money like crazy. Elon has never condemned paying a higher tax rate that’s legit! The only difference with safe haven laws is legality, I’m talking about morality, you can do this anywhere like I said and at least you’re being compassionate and caring compared to someone who puts it somewhere where it’s unlikely to be found for a long time and allowed to suffer. You can do plenty of things to disguise yourself as a woman so you don’t get caught and if you’re dumping a baby like this it’s illegal even where there safe haven laws, you’re making invalid excuses for this!

In several states (even with SH laws), women can be arrested if the baby is in poor health when they leave it, esp if there are drugs in its system. And if she has other kids, CPS can open a case and take them away
