The only difference with safe haven laws is legality, I’m talking about morality, you can do this anywhere like I said and at least you’re being compassionate and caring compared to someone who puts it somewhere where it’s unlikely to be found for a long time and allowed to suffer. You can do plenty of things to disguise yourself as a woman so you don’t get caught and if you’re dumping a baby like this it’s illegal even where there safe haven laws, you’re making invalid excuses for this!

@DarrenWatson @ma1ybe Only if the state has safe haven laws and the baby is healthy. In several states (even with SH laws), women can be arrested if the baby is in poor health when they leave it, esp if there are drugs in its system. And if she has other kids, CPS can open a case and take them away

@ma1ybe I believe a woman has every right to termination of a pregnancy but once you’ve carried it full term you shouldn’t be doing this as you can easily give it up for adoption, even leaving it at a church or fire station would allow the baby to be saved and not suffer.
