For anyone thinking of getting a currency card. I’ve been trying to contact customer services at @fairfx all day.
Phone Lines - Down
Live Chat - 3 hours to reply and then immediately close it down as I’d been logged off.
Email - No response
Twitter - No response.

@FairFX the service you offer is awful, don’t answer calls, or live chat or reply to emails. You took my payment on Tuesday and I’m yet to see the currency on my card. If I hadn’t processed the transaction I’d go elsewhere. How do I contact you or get my money back? Truly awful
@HMRCcustomers I am a 40% tax payer and contribute to a private pension scheme, the first 20% is paid in pension contributions, how do I reclaim back the remaining 20% tax for 2019-20?
@PaulSmithDesign took my shoes out of the protective bag to find this mark!! Any ideas how I can remove it or if I can get the shoes anywhere it’s been a while but favourite pair??
@FairFX Not sure I understand my card is valid until 7/21 - the card was used on a earlier summer holiday and then the charges have been applied!! How do I get these reversed or balance transfer to another provider.
@DarrochKeith Hi, Keith. We have an administration fee of $3 per month for expired cards with balances. You can renew your card, free-of-charge, to avoid this fee. Simply click the renew button on your online account to do so. Best wishes, Sam.
@DPD_UK@EE@EE@DPD_UK still no sign of a delivery!! DPD sent you the tracking number!! Can someone let me know what is happening or how I go about cancelling this is getting ridiculous how neither company knows the status!!
@DPD_UK waited for a price yesterday - nothing. Rang 30+ mins later no one knew where or when would be delivered - maybe today. Another 25 mins today and it looks like Tuesday!! Need to go back to @EE to change the address. Shocking service - I’ve done all the leg work! #basics
@EE UPDATE - CS said go and collect it from depot - went - they can’t find it!! So 4 days, many calls, waiting around and a trip to the depot and still nothing. @EE surely not the service you aim to provide?? Only effort from your customers - not you.
@EE so I pay and it’s delayed by 4 days but I can collect it for the DPD depot and still pay for the privilege - I’ll ring customers services - feels somewhat wrong.
