#Mansplaining at its finest in @Screwfix this morning. Popped in with a picture of an item I’m looking for. Shows the pic to the guy behind the counter. The guy correctly points out the picture is from Amazon. I tell him thats I know this but does he have the item in the picture?

@BritishGasHelp I need you to book an engineer. The call centre people won’t deviate from their script so they keep saying they can’t help even though we got a letter saying you could help. How can I book an engineer without going through someone reading from a script. It’s too stressful.
