My whole career has been built around these 3 principles that drive value with projects and people and have lead to job offers and advisory positions
- Ethos - integrity is the pillar on whether your work is viewed as transactional or long term sustainable. How you manage your yourself on social media and in the trenches will determine if brands and people will work with you.
- Balance - the hardest part about working in blockchain is the imbalance of work, health, and personal life. The pressure to compromise your health and relationships are so lopsided - burn out is higher here than almost anywhere else. Don’t compromise your ability to be here for the long term.
- Network - the most important skill for a career in Web3 is connecting with others building value based relationships. It shouldn’t be transactional rather deep and impactful that can lead to future partners or your dream job.
