The rule is clear. If a batter moves at all to obstruct the throw from the catcher, then the runner is out. But if the batter is in the batters box and makes no movement, then the catcher must avoid the batter. In this case, the batters head and body never move and he is in the batters box. So runner is safe.

The Jays, Leafs, Raptors etc are in Town. Edmonton barely gets any matches which helps with attendance when they do get a match

And they hosted 2 games in November 21 getting 44k and 49k fan turnout in -20C blizzard weather. Again not helping your point.
