Honk ain’t slashing my nodes.
You know what? It’s because I always check my logs and dashboard frequently

I've been reading a lot on Aztec, and the term slashing caught my attention. Slashing is how @aztecnetwork ensures decentralization. It’s the penalty mechanism for its sequencers (validators): Inactivity or proposing invalid blocks gets you slashed (you lose staked $ETH/$AZTEC). 3 slashes = Removal from the network. It’s the ultimate incentive for a secure, private L2. As an artist, I created a piece inspired by slashing. @realRoberto38 @clairekart @mrahsok

gAztec Sacred Warriors!
I sense a new tidal wave blowing towards the direction of @aztecnetwork in the coming days, I mean Aztec is about to get real attention that never before.
The reason behind this is simply straightforward, the team has obviously been shipping hard, most importantly, the team is redefining web3 privacy at the grass root using @NoirLang . This is the first of it's kind and by leveraging ZKproof to secure privacy, i believe @aztecnetwork might have kick started the true essence of decentralization. Other projects prior to this time have claimed to have built privacy, but we all know the difference between building something with real world use case that actually functions and building a make shift, you obviously cant begin to compare.
My current highlight of the ongoing Adversarial testnet is the strategy the team employed in approaching the testnet which is by prioritizing onboarding high value validators in order to stabilize the chain before moving forward to the next phase, and its no surprising that the onboarding phase has gathered so many traffic with enthusiastic interest.
@aztecnetwork actually showed what a true decentralized validator environment entails with the automated process involved by leveraging anti-sybil resistant methodology for interested validators to join the queue without any hassle. The same way lagging validators get slashed once they have sub-par performances, in this way, the entire process is automated ensuring an optimal experience before the next phase begins.
One of the highlight of the testnet is the Validator page, jeez, you just gotta take a look at it, the dashboard UI is a testament to understanding what real shipping looks like and kudos to the team @aztecnetwork & @DashNodeOrg, this dashboard is super dope. The current stats on the Adversarial testnet is a testament to the hard work the team members have indulged in since the inception of the testnet.
If you are yet to get started or join the No. 1 privacy community, you have two pathways.
Join the @aztecnetwork discord (Very essential)
Go through the technical pathway, deploy a node and join the active set.
OR
Go through the non-technical pathway. I call it the "salvage pathway" 😀 for the non technically inclined who loves the privacy ethos and cant wait to start contributing. Remember, you just gotta love it before you commit, don't commit if you are expecting some sort of future gratifications, nothing is coming, just execute for the love and the pure vibes. Besides a creator's program might be in the work for those who cannot deploy a node (Aztec has a home for all). But i'll leave that for @clairekart as more announcements efflux through the official channels.
I repeat, i'm insanely bullish on @aztecnetwork
Much love to my fav team members
@Zac_Aztec for being a wonderful CEO (always the reserved type)
@clairekart for always bringing the vibes, its no wonder she is the CMO, she's got the attention sauce.
@Amin_3X; the first time i chatted him was on the defender channel on discord, Man literally came to my rescue when my node had an issue and saved the day.
@punk6052 : I call him the curator, always bringing new privacy based insights on my timeline.
@stakedeve : The first @aztecnetwork team member to officially give me a follow on X, i appreciate you Steve.
@0xdavid : Product lead with a difference, always love your insights.
To the rest of the team members, i love you all.
I believe the best is yet to come!!
I repeat, i just love the UI, those stats are golden, i believe we'll go higher in no time.

Finally made it into the all-time top 10 @aztecnetwork validators on the @DashNodeOrg dashboard! 🥳

The Monad Foundation team has sent out initial invitations to participate in Testnet-2.
With that said, I can't help but shake the feeling that we have missed some deeply technical solo validators that enjoy hacking on Proof-of-Stake networks.
If you think this describes you, please send a brief email to tinkering@monad.foundation with some links to things you've built in the past and we'll get back to you asap. Thanks!

I've been running a node on the @aztecnetwork Testnet and just advanced to Guardian. It's still early to join the Testnet and sync your node. discord.com/invite/aztec

@GFXArk1 @aztecnetwork Hi @GFXArk1 it works if you're using WSL in it, but I highly recomend you to install ubuntu 22 or the latest, and use the static IP
