@DeliveryDude5 I was sent an email saying I qualified for it. You have to be sent the invite to join the program from DoorDash then maintain certain percentages on ratings. Had to take a easy quiz after reading about the program, they sent the catering bag to me.

Well, 3 years dashing, almost 7000 deliveries completed, and in 1 second I'm on a looooong vacation. Broken ankle and arm but alive. The guy never even looked left, just flew in front of me. #ouch #lifeofaDasher

@HelloGigEconomy Nope!They were trying to turn out onto a 4 lane road before another person could turn out across the road from him.He said he was focused on the car across from him and forgot to look to the left.I was going 40ish mph and hit him as he was goin about 5 so was like hitting a wall

@HelloGigEconomy I sure am a mess! Been in the hospital for 10 days and not leaving anytime soon. Yes, they were at fault and admitted to fault so their ins will take care of things. Definitely a scary situation.After I hit him I flew into another car and hit it head on.Could have been much worse

@DashinChix Well first of all thank goodness you're alive; that car is a mess which usually translates to the driver is a mess. Secondly, sounds like they were at fault and insurance will take care of you? At least that's the hope.

@KingHammah718 @DoorDash_Help That's what I'm saying! I worked a straight 10 hour shift. If I don't get what I earned? Wtf! Plus I can't mark last order delivered so it's way late so is that a contract violation now too?! Ridiculous

@HelloGigEconomy @kenmurp51886438 That happens in my area daily. Chipotle is the WORST for just shutting down whenever but I still get sent there. So, I go and get the half pay 😊 Lol thanks! Sometimes it's hell but ultimately it's decent.. and pays the bills!

@DashinChix @kenmurp51886438 I hear ya, my area is understaffed as well to the point a Taco Bell was shut down the whole day. Like, WHAT?! But that 50 hours a week is pretty hardcore lol, not gonna lie.

Got this today, because instead of cancelling the order I chose to wait 25 minutes until the food was ready. I sent 3 texts 2 customer 2 let them know. Called DD, rep said that shouldn't have happened. Sent more info about it. Absolutely ridiculous. 1st one ever & not my fault🤬

@CRideshare @DashinChix I got one for ya guys: I got one because I missed the pickup/dropoff time because my app wasn't giving me the times. So I report that to them, go through a million troubleshooting ordeals and problem doesn't get solved 👌billion dollar tech company! 🤦
