As my time as @DSLawSociety President comes to an end, I reflect on the #honour it’s been to be #President, thank you all for the support I have had. I hand over the President’s medal to Adrian Richards and I wish him all the best for the 2022/23 term.

It's good to hear that @sra_solicitors have dropped the proposed Compensation Fund cuts. This is good news for the profession as we have great pride in our high levels of consumer protection.

I am excited to introduce myself, @PaulKellyTozers, as the new @DSLawSociety president. I am currently managing partner and head of the Parks team at @TozersLaw, and after being @DSLawSociety vice-president I am looking forward to the opportunities the role of president brings.

My year as President comes to an end today, so this is my last tweet. At DASLS AGM this evening I hand over the President’s medal and this Twitter account to Nigel Lyons. Good luck to him for his year in office and thanks to all at DASLS who have supported me throughout my term.

In the last few days of my presidency, disappointed not to be able to represent DASLS at Leicestershire Law Society annual dinner held last night. Hope everyone there had a great time.
