@gregcello Wow! Sad it’s a chipotle now! 🥴 Wish it was a long standing multi generational business.

never forget the first time seeing this when living in Boston. I was so taken aback. Couldn’t be more symbolic of the times.

@GotSeoul91 @LoganTGott @CliftonSellers You really should write a book. You’ll be the oldest author.

@DassCoool @LoganTGott @CliftonSellers Yeah no absolutely. I have been invested since 1930, no regrets.

@ThinkAppraiser @butterhq I want to give my kids that plus a really nice wedding at church. Rent trees and lighting artist and it’s possible to make a banquet hall look beautiful for a big fun wedding without it costing a down payment.
English

@butterhq Or a down payment on a damn house lol
English

A wedding for 185 people would probably set you back between $220,000 and $260,000 if you got married here today

Ours is similar to this angle, curate the people they’re around. For us this is: find the church with the most people we relate to that are faithful and also have conservative values and are hardworking, industrious, growers of skills & wealth-not commie socialists. Private school with the above and homeschool is nice too. Public school 9/10 in our very nice area was a terrible influence. We are teaching ours trading and investing. I want them to have that skill and depending on their family schedule they can be more or less active traders. It’s doubled our income and I started a few years ago once both were in school.

@CliftonSellers Invest in a country club membership and meet rich dads with sons. Arrange the marriage, everyone wins.

@CliftonSellers Get into the best college possible to have public artifacts of third-party validation of intelligence, diligence, and character.
Drop out after the first year.

Love this. This is why I am teaching mine to trade and invest. That’s been a great way to double income and remain in the home to care for my family. A business they can do from home in addition to that is great too. Husband, kids, home are priority over work. We are at church as a family several days per week.

@CliftonSellers Train them to be godly women that desire to raise a family and support their husbands, because that's where their true worth is
No work will ever beat this
This at least is how we're raising our daughter

Start businesses they can do from home as future wives and moms. That’s our plan and it may involve nearby/online college. We have business degrees and I’m teaching our oldest investing and trading, which I started a few years ago when I wanted to earn again but did not want to go work outside the home or for anyone and answer to a boss and clients. They’ll both learn that as a tool. I’d like them to create more too!
