His sister Margaret Mumbi. And his second wife Felister Njeri. The conflict began after John married Hannah Kimani five years ago and later bought land for her in Joska, where they live with their young children. Instead, he was taken to Holy Innocents BPSS Timau rehabilitation center and detained against his will. A father was isolated from society. Cut off from his family. Cut off from his freedom. Not because he committed a crime. But because greedy people wanted control of his wealth before his death. Church leaders and insiders at the rehabilitation center have confirmed that money was used to keep him detained. While John was locked away, Kelvin Ngigi turned against Hannah Kimani and even demanded DNA tests for her children. Then came the shocking revelation. During a church confession, it emerged that John’s sister and son had already changed payment details connected to his rental apartments and had started collecting rent from his estates. The lawyer who secured John’s release confirmed something even more disturbing: Had they delayed longer, John would have been forced to sign documents surrendering his properties. Imagine that. A son attempting to break his own father psychologically just to seize wealth. This is no longer a family disagreement. This is greed without conscience. Betrayal without shame. And cruelty without humanity. The saddest part is that John saw the danger coming. He cried for help. He named the people threatening him. But the system failed him. The heartbreaking reality on the ground is that the death toll has now risen to five innocent youths after the Tuesday confrontations. Among those brutally taken from us is Fredrick Odiwour, a dedicated and prominent staff member for Busia Woman Representative Catherine Omanyo. These were not criminals; they were young Kenyans crying out against an economic chokehold, and their only crime was refusing to suffer in silence.We must be clear about what sparked this uprising. The people of Busia, like millions of Kenyans across the country, were driven to the streets by a crushing 24% surge in fuel costs. This sudden, merciless price hike triggered widespread matatu strikes and made the basic cost of survival completely unbearable. While we deeply regret the destruction of property, the looting, and the temporary halting of cross border trade, absolutely nothing justifies the state's lethal response. Property can be rebuilt and trade can resume, but a human life, once taken, is irreplaceable. The CoA in Nakuru heard me & reversed the improper fraction of a Judgement quick fast. This Life my brother, just do your part. In the current Era, to get a Judge who rigorously engages with your submissions alone is a GEM OF A MIRACLE. Just do a page or two of submissions because even if you do as much, it is rarely read.
