@TMobile @TMobileHelp have been looking at switching to your mobile and home internet. Received an offer in the mail that looks good. I went online and it says home internet not available in my area!! I know it is because I’ve had it - glitches, but I did have.

@turbotax DM is a link to request a refund which will be processed in 7-10 days. What a joke your company is now. I can’t file my taxes with your software and cannot get a refund. Not to mention you should pay me for alerting you to the issue with your software. #TurboTaxFail

@turbotax well since no one will respond not provide a refund you’re forcing me to lodge a complain with my credit card company. I’ve been patient for 4 days and I cannot file my taxes due to your software issue and cannot get a refund. #TurboTaxFail

@turbotax now it’s 3 hours later. You should have a better system if you’re going to do taxes. I’ve been waiting 4 days and all I get is a “public” can’t wait to help, but it’s just lies and no one ever chats in DM - only posts some innocuous “we’re here to help”. #TurboTaxFail

@Aetna @AetnaHelp it shouldn’t be this hard to get member reimbursement. Once again everything submitted correctly and denied for diagnosis codes (which have been paid before!). Why offer this on the website when you never pay the first time? #AetnaYouAreExhausting
