@Nati_Sports Agree. Split up the Elly and Geno Ks. I did, however like Geno protecting Elly....but, if Sal rakes that might even be better protection.

I think Eugenio strikes out too much for my liking to bat him cleanup. Sal likely extends innings and then gives Geno a lot of chance to bat guys in seeing more fastballs. It's amazing how much prettier this #Reds lineup is in 2026 compared to 2025. I feel confident in this group.

Likely the Opening Day lineup, except swap Benson out with Myers. Pretty much exactly how I had it yesterday as well. Not much to argue with IMO

@char_cliff Really. Only Williamson and Moll got any outs. The rest pretty much sucked eggs.

Brady Singer allows 6 runs (5 earned) over 4 innings in tonight's exhibition in Milwaukee. Numbers-wise, Brandon Williamson & Rhett Lowder had the most spring training success among the Reds starting staff.

Brady Singer (blister) is back on the mound tonight for the Reds exhibition against Milwaukee. Good sign for the start of the season for the durable right hander who recently summed up his approach this way: "No matter how I feel, I'm still gonna go out there. I don't care how I feel. They pay me to go pitch, so I'm gonna go pitch no matter how I feel or what's going on. Just go do it."

Gavin Lux will begin the year on the IL with shoulder impingement. The Reds traded him for Brock Burke in a salary dump. Burke looked...horrible in spring training.

@ObscureExReds Not terribly below but the players we have now to replace those ABs shoud Greatly improve on them. Sal, Suarez, 2023 McLain, Lowe, healthy Elly and healthy Steer, contact season for Stephenson and much better AAA bat in Bleday.....

@DavSatch @SleeperPacers If they for the number one they could absolutely leverage the pick by trading down for #3 or #4 pick. They could get another player or another 1st round pick and still stay in top 4 they might do it.
