Unicuspid AV confirmed at surgery
The aortic stenosis wasn't severe
High AV Vmax & gradients due to very high flow across the valve due to severe AR
LVOT VTI nearly 50cm!
Stroke vol nearly 200ml!
Note DVI 0.44 & AVA 1.6
Continuity equation corrected for high flow
That's all!
