@VLSorrellImages @CASEfromASE @ASE360 It is easy to distinguish between ALCAPA and coronary fistula . Coronary fistula has characteristic continuous flow through cardiac cycle while ALCAPA has retrograde diastolic flow into the pulmonary artery.
