@AvantiWestCoast now in your absolute inability to manage or provide information to your customers my train cancelled some 40min after it was due. No explanation, no help, nothing.

Back to driving to places, as much as the train is the environmental option, and allows time to work. Its expensive, and ridiculously unreliable. I'd rather drive and get home at a reasonable hour

Bank Holiday Friday and @AvantiWestCoast cancel the 18:33 from London to Manchester!! It took them till it was +45min after departure time to do it! Fingers crossed for the 19:13 (delayed already). I've opted for the train 3 times recently so far 2 have been significantly delayed

@parthaskar Given there isn't many other cars its not the M25!

@TPExpressTrains Train was due in at 1709, picture taken at 1739 (on the screen and logged on my phone) few min before we got to Station. My maths makes it over 30min

@DaveBax_ Hi Dave. Sorry to hear this. It may have ran 37 minutes late mid journey, but it may have made up time and arrived 29 minutes late. Delay-repay is measured at the time you arrive at your destination, not the peak delay-time mid journey accrued. ^Jay

@TPExpressTrains your customer services have said my delayed train was only 29min late, but we were 37min late! Appeal submitted, but not good customer service to try and swerve the rules.

What the actual? This is a war, people are dying, the world's economy is on the brink, and the USA government is trivialising it!! Started something they can't stop or win in any meaningful way. Iranian regime needs changing, but war hasn't worked in the past.

@tfwrail useless. A prime example of why the rail service was put into private operation. You should be showing how good the public sector can be without pressure of shareholders, but instead its like British Rail form 1980 - late & cancelled trains with no linked connections

@transport_wales and we have all just watched our train leave @NetworkRailMAN with NO ONE ON-BOARD!!!! Whilst we wait another 19min on a stopper train that takes 15min longer to my destination. This is infuriating and beyond what is expected of public transport.

@nationalrailenq @northernassist many thanks for your help over the last day or so letting me know what trains are running, but can you have a word with the schedulers? No trains from 21:45 until 22:33 , 22:36 and 22:37!! 😉😳🤔😁
