Koa Peat needs to come back for another year to maximize his potential. Next year’s draft is down and he’d enter 2026-27 as a strong candidate to be Player of the Year.
Has to improve as a finisher against size/strength and has to be able to at least space on offense beyond the free throw line for ultimate success at the next level.
He’s a great connector, passer for the position, defends his tail off, and does the little stuff that is key to winning. But improving those things above will be the difference between going closer to 20-25 than being higher in the lottery

Receiving some complaints now of how other high schools have handled crowd control, allowing some students/fans to be very close to players on the court, yelling and carrying on, trying to be inciteful. There's having fun and then there's crossing the line. Only thing that I can suggest is file complaints against the school. After a number of complaints are taken by the AIA and investigated, something may happen to make sure schools are accountable.

Coolidge disqualified from the 3A state playoffs, after AIA deemed racial taunts and spitting toward Chinle’s players by fans after last week’s quarterfinal win worthy of disciplinary action for Coolidge, means Snowflake is automatically in the championship game Saturday against either Palo Verde or Chandler Seton Catholic. Why fans were allowed on the court and able to confront players so close is also a breach of security for Coolidge. In watching the video, Chinle’s players thankfully turned and walked away and rose above the nonsense.
