If you've been to the campus, you'd know why. they rival most D-2 schools. they recruit on the national level & their back-ups are D-1 prospects. the closet thing AZ. has is Ben Franklin in 3A. In a class by themselves at that level. small rural teams can't compete with that powerhouse.

Hiring the Lady/Girl/Female Candidate: I know many people will hate to hear this but short of just a horrible candidate or no ladies to be head coaches at a girls HC Opening/Job IMO in todays world with no shortage of top ladies being a candidate I think no Girls Volleyball hoops softball etc should be filled by a male coach and that includes the college level as well.
