Ok @VerizonSupport why is it so hard to transfer ownership from my ex to me?? On hold 2hrs yesterday, no one answers. On hold now for 40min, no answer. Your CS used to be great....not any more.

@DeltaAssist really frustrated with your staff. Left phone on plane, called you, first 2 agents wouldn’t call gate. 3rd one did but gate agent wouldn’t take 1minute to go check my seat back pocket where I left it. Simple request, no action and now lost phone for no reason.
