I have spent the past 2 1/2 hours trying to reach @UHC legal/corporate so I can get info for a claim against a 3rd party that wants an insurance contact. No one can get me to the right office, provide a #, understand there’s no claim vs @UHC. Utterly inept!

@UHC it’s not fair that I can’t even see a cardiologist that I want to see without a referral. The PPO in Tx has been discontinued. How can you get a referral if you can’t find a PCP? I’m a senior and retired with your HMO plan. I need help!

@UHC what does it take to get a referral for a pulmanologist in-network I have had my PCP put in 2 referrals 1st on May 6th And 2nd on May 11th Your chat agents give incorrect info And are unable to give referrals - why bother to do this other than to waste time I am very disappointed

@UHC As the admin for several companies, it's unfathomable that I cannot use a singular sign-on to see all of my client accounts. 2 hours on the phone w/ support & was told to create a new email address for each client account I need an invite to. And that still didn't work!!

@UHC is a horrible insurance company. They've billed me every month & they've been paid every month ahead of time & Ive had to call them twice in 2 weeks for my coverage showing termed. They corrected it...supposedly & it's now showing termed again. Ive taken pics of all activity

@mcuban I’m on Obama Care because insurance companies won’t sell me a plan due to an autoimmune disease. United Healthcare (employers plan) continuously denied my medication to the point I could no longer work. State says I’m too healthy to get disability @UHC made it so I can’t work….

I don’t believe in “free healthcare.” The entire concept is communist & stupid. That said, affordable healthcare would be great & in @UHC’s case, people need to go to prison. I personally spent 2 months bedridden with a piece of cartilage lodged in my spine waiting for surgical authorization that was completely unnecessary while they tried to screw me out of it. There’s countless cases of them doing this.

@askUHC you need to fix the iOS app. It's defaulting to an expired plan even though I have active coverage and it makes the app unusable. I can't search for in network care, look at deductibles, or get cost estimates.
