RFK Jr. just showed how reckless and irresponsible he is. Grabbing venomous snakes barehanded while his wife begs him to stop? That's not bravery, rather it's stupidity that could have gotten him killed. The fact he risked his life for a publicity stunt shows how desperate he is for attention, most people call professionals to handle wildlife threats, not play hero like some kind of macho fantasy. This is childish ego trip that proves he's unfit for public office.

HHS Secretary RFK Jr. sharing a wild video of himself grabbing two black racer snakes off Dr. Mehmet Oz’s patio while his wife Cheryl Hines repeatedly warns him to stop.
The snakes can be seen twisting around Kennedy’s hands and biting him multiple times while he tries to remove them from the property.

Boomers seem to forget that fast food used to be a normal, everyday expense for them because it was affordable. You could get a burger easily on minimum wage, it wasn’t some fancy treat you had once a year as a reward for pulling yourself up by your bootstraps.

$28 per workday is $6740/yr. Invested over the market the last 4 years that would be $39k in the bank, enough for an 8% downpayment on that 436k house.
It is insane to be spending 9% of your gross income on a single meal.
Costco chicken is $2-3/lb. Rice is practically free.

Oh yeah, somebody spending $20.00 on food a day while making $70,000.00 a year is the reason they are poor and not the fact that the average price of a new car is $50,000.00 and the average house is going for $436,000.00.

It costs about 80 cents to make a thick PB&J or BLT, on artisinal bread. Almost no one "can't afford to eat." Do an omelette for breakfast, rota of sandwiches for lunch.

Fun fact: if you learn how to cook and shop, you can make burritos that are wildly better than Chipotle, for like a quarter the cost.
Kids: learn to cook, it's one of the best things you can do for future-you.

Loaf of bread = $5 Peanut butter = $4 Jelly = $4 18 pack of chips = $12 Bag of apples = $5 Total = $30 And you'll have lunch for an entire week or two. $2-4 average per day. Inflation isn't the problem. Your spending habits are.
