Clay & Buck interview yesterday, here are a few honest suggestions to help her actually win this Senate race:
- Spend less time on fundraising numbers and more on concrete Senate actions. Voters want to hear how she'll use federal funding, Title IX, oversight hearings, and the power of the purse to protect girls' sports, fight fraud, and hold Minnesota accountable.
- Tie her message directly to Trump's agenda on border security, deportations, law & order, and parental rights. Minnesotans need to see she's ready to advance it in the Senate.
- Hit Peggy Flanagan / Angie Craig hard and often — she's the opponent. DFL knows exactly who they're running against. Virginia's recent race showed what unified Dem power looks like. We need to unify the conservative base and turn out every vote.
- She’s going to need to fully own her past comments, including urging Trump not to run in 2024, and her supporters have to stop shaming conservatives who raise legitimate questions.
This race should have been locked up months ago. If she shifts to a sharper, Senate-focused message with clear contrasts, full transparency on her record, and strong Trump alignment, she could still win. Conservatives are watching.
