I need to build a calculator that translates 1099-wages (contractor) to the equivalent W-2 income.
Nobody seems to understand the fully-burdened cost of a W-2 employee (conversely, nobody understands how much you must pay a contractor for equivalent take-home pay).

Going to keep saying this: It is unhinged to push for "humanitarian aid" or a "humanitarian corridor" instead of just insisting that the water and electricity be turned back on and people returned to their homes.
