The moment Rebecca Shepherd realised what Restore actually stands for. A party whose leader previously talked about sending illegal migrants to an isolated Scottish island and “letting the midges do their work.” That shake of the head. That look of disgust. Most people in Makerfield will feel exactly the same. Hannah Shepherd clearly didn’t know what she was signing up to.
