@iRobot @iRobotAustralia iRobot need to end their relationship with IXL Home in Australia. Conveniently diagnosed with uncovered maintenance issues which didn't relate to failure. 10+ days on an unfilled order without an update. Hours wasted trying to contact! Such brand damage

@JBHiFi Made the mistake of ordering (JB177639168156235) a product online from JB Hi-Fi in an attempt to avoid their terrible in store customer service because staff can't find/check stock. Delivery Toll Proity is even worse and will keep you waiting between 8am-5pm indefinitely

#MyTealTeam @CUACEO My elderly mother has called CUA after an emergency and is trying to resolve an issue on her credit card. 3 hours on the phone, CUA hang ups and two days later the issue isn't resolved because of "high call volumes". Does CUA even care?
