BREAKING: Last week the NCAA sent a letter to Arkansas staff stating the CBB Transfer Portal opening would be delayed until April 12th. This is a low down move and should not go unnoticed. However, I expect the staff to be rolling bright and early tomorrow. Against all odds! 🐗🏀
