@NicolaPartridg2 I really feel for you and your mother and it seems endemic throughout the NHS so much so that they should remove the S from NHS

This is now about the fourth change in process I’ve had via the NHS/Care Home/GP re trying to do anything for my mother. So whilst I try very hard not to give anyone grief, as it’s rarely an individual’s fault, I can only describe my email attaching the LPA as “icy.”

LPA (power of attorney) was given to the NHS whilst my mom was in hospital. I’ve been contacted, directly, by hospitals wanting to make appointments and GP’s referring for treatment.
