@ParcelHero I have paid money to sends parcel to Australia but I do not have any documents so it cannot be posted. I have sent numerous messages but your AI bot simply raises tickets and nothing happens. Can you help or issue a refund?

@ParcelHero I did get an email from one of your staff yesterday but despite me chasing I have heard nothing further. We are now very close to the deadline for when I need to get the parcel delivered. Am I best to get a refund and go somewhere else?

All at the club are saddened to learn of the passing of Bill Munro. Bill joined The Bully Wee in 1986 and gave 20 years service to Clyde as Reserve Team Manager, SFA Community Coach and Kit Man. Our thoughts and condolences are with Bill's family and friends at this sad time.
