Manchester United. Guitars. That's about it.

🚨👀 Lammens on Carrick: "Sometimes managers try to make a plan too complicated, and then some players don't buy in and it's difficult to get on the same level for everyone. But from the first game, it was quite clear what he wanted. "He was not asking the most difficult things, but also he was able to let our players thrive in their qualities.” [@AdamCrafton_, @TheAthleticFC]

Adam Wharton is behind Elliot Anderson and Sandro Tonali on #mufc’s list. Insiders expect his price to be in the £60–70m range, but there are concerns that his style of play is too similar to Kobbie Mainoo’s, meaning they may struggle to operate effectively as a partnership [@MailSport]

Elliot Anderson & Kobbie Mainoo vs Japan

Angelo Stiller people aren’t talking about him enough. And that’s exactly why United should be all over him. Left-footed midfielders are rare. Composed ones? Even rarer. We haven’t had that profile in years. Technically, he’s cleaner than most of the names being linked. Not flashy. Not chaotic. Just controlled. Efficient. Smart. He doesn’t play football in a rush. If you’re building a midfield that actually functions, you need that. People keep throwing him into the “CM” conversation, but let’s be clear Stiller is more DM than CM. A hybrid, yes. But his brain is defensive. Positionally, he’s levels above most options being discussed. He knows where to stand. He knows when to drop. He knows how to kill transitions before they even start. That’s not common. Now imagine this… You bring in Tonali energy, aggression, vertical play. Then you pair him with Stiller - calm, structure, control. That balance makes sense. Because right now? United’s midfield is either chaos or nothing. Stiller gives you control. Not vibes. Not moments. Control. And if United are serious about building a midfield that can actually dominate games… They should be looking at him a lot more closely.
