Very strange idea but what if additional water jets were used from ground to target horizontal side flaps at base level (would have to be added) to add lift to the initial launch phase? Alternate could be to create a support thrust columns using hydraulics for additional mechanical boost during initial launch phase. Positive feedback loop if the heat of boosters could increase pressure inside the hydraulic columns thus increasing lift force further. Understanding these are massive considerations at scale but out of the box thinking for those who like that sort of thing
