Blue Jays had an Opening Day Ceremony in Toronto like they just had won the World Series. It was so over the top. They introduced every person associated with the team not just the players and coaches. It was one of the dumbest thing I've ever seen.

@Teachers__Unite I tend to disagree. A classroom teacher is responsible for 20-35 students. A principal manages staff and a student population on average of several hundred (or more). Admin deserves that renumeration. Yes, teachers deserve raises too (it's a difficult and complex job).

Three years ago, #onted principals earned approximately 22% more than an A4 teacher. Last year, the spread dramatically increased to 40%. It seems to me that #etfo #osstf #oecta and #aefo have some serious bargaining to do.

I think this is an excellent idea. This allows parents to see what is being done in the classroom and it allows teachers to show parents when their children are unruly. Thoughts?
