It is a miscarriage of justice. The prosecution can absolutely predicate his change of plea & the plea deal on an allocution sufficient to convince the prosecutor & judge if his factual guilt. He is legally guilty & factually innocent. Not one piece of evidence points to him.

Maybe it was the best way/easiest legal path to buy more time after the massive data dump less than 2 months before trial. Trial with a corrupt court

He was asked if anyone else incl family was threatened. "NO." He was asked if he was satisfied with his defense attorney. "YES." It was his choice.

They would go to great lengths to protect the frats/sororities, school, town and overall reputation.
